I LOVE golden milk! Turmeric is my new obsession. This is the perfect morning beverage. It’s fun to make, smells amazing, packed with health benefits and YUMMIE. Recently I gave up coffee so this has been the perfect replace and fits right into my morning routine. 
I make my on the stove – 
Recipe for 1: 

  • 1 cup on milk (I use almond, oat milk is also great). 
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (option to add in fresh turmeric juice to strengthen the taste!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger 
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup Option to add in 1 blended date 
  • Whisk everything together and bring to light boil. 

Option to add Laird Turmeric superfood creamer once poured into your mug! (This creamer is seriously AWESOME.)Top with frosted milk or choice and cinnamon and nutmeg!
