A little about my journey
I have devoted so much of my life to finding out what foods make me feel the best as well as provide powerful healing benefits to my body. From personally trying out different styles of eating to studying and becoming a holistic nutritionist – I have a well-rounded knowledge of diet and the roll it plays on our health and overall happiness.
I work with a variety of clients from with a vast array of different goals. Ranging anywhere from calming anxiety or hernias through meditation and yoga, to focusing more on weight loss with different eating techniques and yoga sculpt. I want to share what I have learned and help people heal, feel better, and live happier.

1 on 1 package options:
I recommend starting with an initial session to form a plan. You have the ability to meet as frequently as you’d like. 1 – 2 times per week is typically what I find works best for noticing changes and improvements.
We will be meeting through Zoom. Each session is 45 minutes.
